Hi, my name is Shannon. I am a 45-year old professional. I am looking for a vacant house or apartment or mobile home to rent in Charleston, James Island, Johns Island Summerville around Bacons Bridge rd. Absolutely nothing in Downtown, Dorchester Or North Charleston. My budget is $2300-2500 and I would like to move by April 13. I currently rent in Ravenel and I pay 2700 so looking to lower that rent a smidge. I also have service dogs so it needs to be pet friendly for some health issues. I have preferably would like to have a fenced in backyard and no major highways.
