This space has a nice kitchen and relaxing environment for general living. Free laundry, utilities included with storage closet in the basement. Easy parking. I am 23 years old female. I am looking for a roommate to share the space with. I have been living here for almost 3 years and don't bring random people over. I am very respectable, kind and caring of this space. I make it cozy and enjoyable living. I have a cat who enjoys company of others. When at home I spend my time in the living area during my waking hours.
