Private room and private bathroom for rent in wonderful Highland Park neighborhood. The house has a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, central AC, and a front yard. It’s located walking distance to Occidental College and York blvd. You would have one roommate, me. I’m an art, film, vintage, and design lover. I work full time as a Producer in Social Media Advertising. I’m looking for a chill woman in their mid 20’s - early 30’s who has an active life outside the home. I’m trying to cultivate a peaceful environment where we could relax and enjoy some peace. House is furnished but your room/bathroom is not. No laundry on .
Street parking only (but no street cleaning or parking permits needed!)
