I’m a hardworking guy, seeking a responsible and hardworking roommate. The apartment is conveniently located near public transportation and shopping areas. I’m not home often as I work a lot so I need someone trustworthy and responsible. I love to cook and am relatively quiet when I’m home. I simply ask for mutual respect, no smoking or pets and able to pay rent as required on the first of each month. Included in the rent is internet and an electric allotment of $30.00 a month, any major adjustments I’ll let you know. I’m open to conversations or chat to any inquiries.
