One Room in Two Bedroom Apartment

I'm currently maintaining a lease at Cypress Pointe in Wilmington, in close vicinity to UNC Wilmington. The apartment itself has two bedrooms, one with an attached bathroom, and a bathroom in the hallway for general use. There is also a living room, kitchen, storage room, and multiple closets. The base rate would be $701 per month, with a varying power and water bill. Generally, the rate is one of the cheapest to be found in the City of Wilmington and the neighborhood is lovely. Also included with the lease is a 24/7 laundry facility, a gym, and a pool facility.
