Searching new home

I'm looking for a new cozy home in Omaha.
Mr. Tiggy (my cat) and I would love a loft studio or 1 bedroom. We love spaces with character, history, and autonomie.
Preferred neighborhoods would be Old Market, Downtown, Dundee, and Blackwood. I don't have a car so public transportation and shopps must be in walking distance. About me;
