It's a bright room, so it's including blackout curtains, flatscreen TV dresser and a nightstand with a ceiling fan and a large closet. I do have an extra rolling rack if you have a lot of clothes. You have use of the kitchen and the bathroom and the amenities in the building. Street parking and lots of restaurants and shops Ralph,Von's, Sprouts, walking score of 98 out of 100....... i'm looking for someone calm and respectful. I have a small dog so it would have to be someone who likes dogs. It's a month-to-month but that doesn't mean anything because the person that was here last stayed for years. $500 deposit and $1000 a month utilities included. And that includes Wi-Fi and basic cable
