End of August accommodations

Hi there, my name is Caitlin and myself and my 2 roommates (Emma and Jessi) are looking for a 3 bedroom, pet friendly rental. We would ideally move in at the end of August, and move out at the beginning of May. We keep quite busy with our studies, do not smoke/drink/party, and like to keep our living space clean. We do not need a furnished place. Ample parking would be ideal, and utilities fully/partially included in rent.
