Unfurnished room for rent with shared bathroom in a beautiful spacious 3 bedroom townhome. Great neighborhood just outside of Downtown Huntington. It's just a 10min. bike ride to the beach! Must have credit score of 750, make income of $3350/month, have a full-time job, pay rent & bills on time, and gel well with the other 2 female roommates. This is not a party house. We do our socializing outside of the house. This is the perfect space to come home to unwind, relax, & recharge. We are active, always in and out, and looking for someone who is the same. A Cat is ok, but Litter box must be kept in your room. No Parties. No smoking of any kind in house or on premises. Room is for 1 person only. Bills run between $60-$90/each per month.
