Available to move in immediately. House rules:
1 occupant per room.

No party
No overnight guest
Ok to bring garbage bins to the curb once a month Background check required. Cost is $45 but it will be refunded upon approval. Minimum stay of 3 months. Security deposit is due 24 hours after application is approved. First month rent is due on signing the Lease Agreement. No laundry on but laundromat is down the street.
