Hey, We are three guys of various ages looking for a guy to occupy a nice room. The room will be available on April 25th. ----------------------- This is a great, modern, tri-level, 4BR / 3-1/2BA townhouse. It was built just 7 years ago. We have central heat, A/C, and washer and dryer in the home. Good place to call home. We keep it safe and clean. And keep it drama-free. We have HBO Max, Netflix, and Prime video on the living room TV. Two of us here enjoy movie nights Good location, near everything. We have amazing 5G fiber Wi-Fi. (See pic of speed test) We are seeking... A clean, easygoing, open-minded guy who has no problem rent and bills. Someone trustworthy would be good. SMOKE: Outside tobacco smoker is fine. WEED: No one here likes weed so this is not the place for anyone who vapes or smokes herb. Sorry. BOOZE: Indoor alcohol drinker is fine as long as you drink responsibly. We like our wine and beer. THE ROOM: Private room with lock and two windows. A bed is available to use if you need it. Otherwise, it can be removed. The carpet was just cleaned. You will share a bathroom with just one person, who works two jobs so he is rarely home. Rent: $650 / month Term: Month-to-Month Utilities: Split equally Refundable security deposit is required.
