Looking for 3rd New Roomate in July

We’re in a 3 bed / 3 bath house in Manchester (about a 20-minute walk to the James River). The neighborhood is very walkable with clean sidewalks and a great location. We’re looking for someone who values a moderately clean space—nothing intense, but about a B+ standard. The goal is that it wouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to get the house guest-ready. A few expectations: • No drugs • No pets • Preferably a Christian who is actively involved in their church. We’ve got a dishwasher and a solid, comfortable setup.
