Hi, my name is Nicholas. I am a 20 years old. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Lubbock. The monthly rent is $700. The house already has 3 tenants including me and my girlfriend and another tenant. The room has a decent sized closet and the room itself is big enough for a full sized bed and a desk.
