Looking for place

I’m looking for a place to rent in Colorado Springs (preferably near UCCS) around the end of May. I’ll be starting school full-time at UCCS this summer after separating from the military. I’m open to something temporary for the summer, but I’d love to find a place that could continue into the school year if it’s a good fit. A little about me: I’m in my mid-20s, clean, friendly, and easygoing. I’d say I’m semi-social—I enjoy a good kitchen chat or hanging out here and there, but I definitely value my downtime too. I’ll keep shared areas clean. I’ll have a part-time job along with steady income. I’m single with no dependents. I drink and zyn socially, but I don’t smoke or vape.
