Hi! I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease from May [REDACTED] I got a job in a different county, so not having to pay double rent would be fantastic, lol. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom, and rent is $1,085, but I'm willing to cover $285 each month for you! The apartment itself has a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
