Hi everyone! My current roommate is planning to move out this summer and I'm looking for someone to split rent with! The current lease ends around September but I plan on renewing. Hopefully! I really do not want to have to move as I'm 23 and I've recently taken in my 16 yo sister and got her settled in school. That's the only downside to sharing this apartment! Besides that, I'd only ask for $700 in the split rent (1400 a month) and unless you want to help split utilities, I'll cover the water, wifi, and energy separately myself. The room has its own bathroom attached. I have a TV with some streaming services you're more than welcome to use. We have fridge, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The apartment has a pool and gym (not the best gym but its there) it's close to the monon trail! It's a great deal, I'm super negotiatable. If you also have a spot or know a spot opening that is not too expensive to move to but within the carmel hs school boundaries, let me know too! The date for a move in would be sometime in July!
