Responsible Roommate please?

Beautiful upscale apartment with balcony overlooking the nature preserve. I’m looking for a roommate to occupy the second bedroom. This bedroom is reasonably sized with a walk in closet and a private bathroom, with bathtub. Rather than splitting the utilities, I’m asking $1,100 flat monthly. I will pay the utilities and internet. I am a responsible hard working adult and I’m looking for the same. I work Monday-Friday as a dog groomer, and I’m gone most weekends to work out of town. I’m very easy to get along with, and I do not party or make a lot of noise. I have minimal rules, just basic respect. This is a beautiful apartment and a great opportunity, I hope to chat soon!
