Hi, my name is Rameet. I am a 31-year old studying my Master's at DePaul in the Loop.
I'm sharing my bedroom with my partner, who is a resident doctor at Cook County Medical. I am looking for a roommate to co-sign a lease starting June 1st. The room is in Chicago, West Loop, a couple of minutes' walk from the UIC Medical District Blue Line CTA and ample bus stops in all directions, a few meters away. The monthly rent is $1500 per room, and Utilities cover (gas, heating & stove, Internet, water, sewage,& trash) would be around 200$ split equally between all occupants. Electricity is extra but usually doesn't go over 20$. You will have your own Private bedroom and a Bath. The apartment is unfurnished. The building has a lounge on the terrace to host parties, a gym, and a co-working area at the ground level. We are clean, organized, friendly & social. LGBTQ, Couple-friendly & Pet-friendly.
There is a pet fee for the apartment, which amounts to 25$ month and a one-time pet fee of 350$ per pet.
Parking is also available on a need basis for a 275$ per month fee.
