I’m in a 2bed/2bath apartment in the University area. The room available is the master bedroom. Both rooms have their own bathroom. Common area is furnished but the bedroom is not. All utilities are included in the rent price (Internet, power, water, etc.). There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a balcony and fireplace. They have recently redone the plumbing and painted the room. I absolutely love it.
About me:
I am [REDACTED] and keep to myself most of the time. I work a lot and tend to stay in my room when home since I’m not there much but do enjoy being able to cook. I do not smoke or do drugs and am way past the partying phase of life. I do have kitties that stay in the bedroom most of the time. They will go into the living room some if I am home so you must be ok with cats. They will be happy to give attention to you if you want it (they’re sweet and spoiled)
