Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for the remainder of this year and continue into next year. The unit is a 3 bed / 3 bath apartment located about a 10-minute walk from campus, with a convenient bus option available as well. You would have the largest bedroom and a private bathroom in the unit. The lease for next year will be $889/month, which is still very competitive for the area. Move-in would include one roommate through the end of July. After that, there is flexibility to bring in friends or choose additional roommates (up to two more, as it is a 3x3). The household is LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive. The current roommate is respectful, friendly, and easy to live with. The unit allows up to two pets. (Current cats will be moving out with me.) Please note: although the property is labeled as student housing, non-students are also welcome to live here. I am hoping to have someone secured by April 1st.
