Need Two Roommates in Topsham

Hi! I am looking for two roommates to join me in a three bedroom house in Topsham, Maine, for. My two current roommates are planning on moving away, so each bedroom is available for $1000 a month, utilities not included. I can give a detailed cost breakdown if requested.
The house is furnished, and each room has a king size bed, but you need to provide your own bedding. There is a garage, basement, in-unit laundry, a cute little backyard, and a bonus office room that we all share and use. I currently have a dog and cat. The landlord may be open to another pet, but I will let you discuss that with her. (She's the best, btw.)
I tend to be on the quieter side, but I love little evening socializations and weekend outings. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
