looking to sublease apartment

Hi! Is anyone looking to sublease for the upcoming school year? I’m subleasing my apartment at 930 NoMo, located right on the Charleston peninsula.
This is an upscale, student-friendly apartment with great amenities, including a huge resort-style pool with hammock lounges, grill stations, Wi-Fi, FREE parking, and a shuttle service. The apartment comes fully furnished with modern furniture, and you’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom. There are also a washer m a hinge and dryer available in the apartment.
You’d be living with two roommates (one is also planning to sublease), and there are currently no pets in the apartment.
Move-in is available as early as June! Rent is $1,259/month plus utilities and parking, which usually comes out to around $1,300 total. I AM WILLING TO PAY FROM MAY TO AUGUST. Message me if you’re interested or want more details!
