Looking for a female (20s) to take over my room at The Haven around mid May-June. The complex is down the street from Flamingo Crossings, so it is right next to Disney and about 30-40 minutes from Universal! You would have a private bedroom and share a bathroom with one girl! The apartment is a 3x2. Living room and bedroom are furnished! Apartment has in-unit laundry, pool, gym, valet trash, and office area. Rent and utilities is around $950-$1,000 per month. The sublease form needs to be signed 30 days in advance and you’ll need to apply before moving in. Looking for someone clean, quiet, and responsible!
