Hi, I’m Joyce! We have two rooms available for rent at $850/month, utilities included. This is a 5-bedroom, 3-bath home with a two-car garage, located in Surprise, AZ in a peaceful neighborhood. There’s a Fry’s right around the corner, along with a gas station and a plaza with multiple fast food spots all within walking distance. We also have an office room available for rent. feel free to ask about it. It can be used for storage, gaming, or a workspace. [REDACTED] and the house is always peaceful. The living room and kitchen are always available. If both rooms are filled, there would be 4 people total sharing 2 available bathrooms, so there’s still plenty of space. My partner and I won’t be living here after June, but we do stop by occasionally to check on the home. Garage use is first come, first served—if there’s no car, you’re welcome to use it. We keep a calm environment: no drama, no parties, and no excessive noise. Guests are welcome, but overnight stays are limited to 3 nights per week. Anything beyond that would be considered an additional occupant, may increase utilities, and you will be charged for that. For added security, we have cameras outside the property and inside in common areas only one in the kitchen and one in the laundry room, so you won’t have to worry about anyone touching your food, using your dishes, or using your laundry detergent. Everyone here is between ages 20–26, mature, and non-confrontational.
