$400 room rent in Wheat Ridge

Hi, my name is Phyllis. I am a retired professional. I have a room and bathroom to rent in my house for $400, a discounted price in exchange for light housework and gardening(vacuuming, laundry, dishes, lawn mowing, etc). There is a $200 cleaning deposit. Also, I have a small dog and two cats. I live in a very convenient area that is close to shopping, highway, skiing, and many parks. I am very much a flora/fauna person so if you're an outdoor person, you will like my location. I am of Japanese ancestry but was born and raised in Denver. So if you are not comfortable with Asians, please pass.:)I just found out that my cousin from Japan is coming out here to help me from June to Augusts, So I will not need anyone until September 1st.
