Looking for A Roommate!

Hi! My name is Peyton. My roommate, Emmy, and I are looking for one more gal till fill in for [REDACTED] house, only 5 minutes from UMD. I graduated from UMD last spring. Emmy is a current student there. We are looking for someone who is clean, likes to craft, and enjoys movies. Both Emmy and I love being apart of a community, and would love for someone who also values that. Emmy and I are both big readers and love to chat about our books! Both of us are baristas, so we also love creating new fun drinks at home 😄 I have a 10 year old cat named Louie, who is the sweetest boy on the earth. He loves to cuddle! We are hoping to find someone who does not have a pet, since Emmy is allergic and it can be hard for her with Louie already. Move in would be around June 1st but could work with late May. The bedroom is on the main level, with Emmy and I upstairs. Pictures of the room included in post. Rent would be 600 not including utilities. Emmy and I have put a lot of love into this house over the past 2 years. We would love to add someone who can enjoy the house as much have we have.
