The space: The spare bedroom has a small closet and carpet floors. Downstairs, there is one bathroom off of the kitchen, living room, and study/miscellaneous room in between them. Yard, driveway, and laundry in basement (space for storage too). Unfortunately, no other pets or couples. Located in a residential neighborhood with a 15 minute walk to downtown. Utilities to be split ($100-$150 per person). Tenants responsible for lawn care and snow removal.
The roomies:
Female student and dog. She is communicative and respectful, looking for someone down to earth to share the space with. She likes to craft, play music, and spend time outdoors.
