Looking for help locating a place

Preferably a house, but not picky. Our financial situation is more than sufficient, our credit is mid, and we have one cancelled eviction with no judgement made on it from 2023 (we're very happy to provide full details to landlords/rental agents/etc. upon request) - and that one eviction filing, even though cancelled, is really hurting our search. My father is willing to go on file as a guarantor if someone would accept that. We need 3 bedrooms minimum, small-med dog friendly (he's only 35lbs), 1900 max but preferably under Thanks in advance
