Shared access to kitchen and scheduled laundry use upstairs. All utilities are included (electric, heat, water, WiFi). Parking available. Outdoor patio and yard access included. This is a calm, respectful home environment and is best suited for a single occupant. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. No parties or excessive noise.
