51 yr male w/ESA needs NE SATX

Hey Bryan, I currently share a house but the landlord is selling. clean and quiet and work alot. I meed a place with no cri.e and no bugs which is apparently hard to find in SATX. The only issue having is I have a n ESA dog that is super calm, clean, smart, friendly and trained. If you have a cool dog sure they will be friends like my current roommates dog. I would treat your dog as my own and hope you would be nice to mine. I clean up after myself, not a big party person but not a pooper either. I just need a secure place where we trust each other to watch each other's stuff and yet give each other space. I do have furniture/desk/ king size bed/ dressers and things I could put in storage but if you have a large space for me that'd be great to save some money. Prefer a cool female but will handle a mature male, older kids are no problem as long as they respect my dog. I just need my rest from 1am to 9am. I get ready and go to work, then back around midnight,cook eat,sleep repeat 6 days a week. Some Sundays off. If you cod let my dog out during the day that'd be awesome. He's good and keeps happy with a few chew toys and a ball. Loves fetching so a yard would be nice.
