PET FRIENDLY RENTAL SEARCH

Hi everyone 🌸 My boyfriend and I are currently looking for a pet-friendly place to rent for ourselves and our well-behaved, medium-sized dog (she is spayed and mostly stays indoors with me as I work from home). We are a quiet, respectful couple who keep to ourselves. I work from home, and my boyfriend works long hours, so the home environment is calm and well looked after. What we’re looking for:
- Separate entrance on someone’s property / granny flat on a property / 1-bedroom freestanding unit (we’re open to any suitable options) - Pet-friendly (a small garden would be ideal 🐾) - Northern Suburbs preferred - Budget: R6,000 – R10,000 - Preferably water & electricity included (or at least water), or prepaid electricity A bit more context:
Our current landlord has put the house up for sale, so we are actively looking for a new place. I do have to give 2 months’ notice, but she is open to discussion should we find something that requires an earlier move-in. If anyone knows of something available or coming up, we would truly appreciate your help! 🙏
