Queen/King room in a peaceful home

Hi, my name is Trudy. I am a 61-year old professional in Sarasota. I am currently offering 2 rooms for rent. The monthly rent is $800 for the Queen sized room and $900 for the King sized room; rental rates include all utilities including AC, power, water, sewage and high-speed internet. Both rooms are available May 2nd. Both rooms have a bed (obviously!), bedside tables & lamps and a dresser. Queen room is on the first floor and has a garment rail. privacy curtains at the glass door and a *lot* of built-in shelving to store your stuff. King room is on the second floor and has a closet. Both rooms have their own mini-fridge. Queen & King rooms will share the second floor full bathroom; the downstairs half bath is open to everyone. You will have full access to the main room, dining area and our kitchen which is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and French door fridge/freezer. You also have access to our hang-out room, where you can work from home, or watch TV/play games. Very quiet & safe neighborhood, we're on Macintosh & Bahia Vista, so 20 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to I-75, 5 minutes to local stores & restaurants.
