This is a large house at the top of Kent East Hill, a 5 - 10 minute walk to Kent East Hill Nursery. The bedroom has a shared bathroom. Couples are ok, but it’s an additional monthly rent of $150, and only one car per room. I run a criminal and credit background check that’s about ~$48.00. Rent includes everything. There are no other additional fees. Amenities include: Unlimited wi-fi.

Fully furnished kitchen including an air fryer, spices, aluminum foil, and paper towels.
And a cleaning service that cleans the shared spaces every other week. Basic rules, clean up after yourself, keep it quiet, very limited to no scent. A little about me and the rest of the house. I work from home which means this is a quiet, safe, respectful, no drama house. There aren’t any bad roommates. There are no issues with cleanliness, fighting over shared spaces, or behavioral issues. I’ve been renting out rooms for about a decade now. Currently I have 4 [REDACTED] from 20s to 60s. Everyone works and is professional.
