Looking For a Mature Roommatee

I am a professional who works through the week. I am renting a 3 BR/2 Bath house, as my roommate you will have the MBR with your own private bath and double closet. I like my place to be clean and organized. This home is located very close to Riverside Methodist Hospital. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe and peaceful. My ideal roommate would respect boundaries, pay their half of the rent (975/month) and split utilities with me. I don’t drink or smoke, but I’m cool with others who do in MODERATION. II am hoping for someone who is pretty mentally well and is independent. I have 2 Standard Poodles who are 2 and 3 years old- they are half siblings and love taking walks and playing with humans-😊.
