Hi! I have a room in my apartment at a bayfront condo building located in Midtown Miami.
The available room comes with its own private bathroom and access to shared spaces: kitchen, living room, and in unit laundry. We have amenities on the first floor of the building like: * On- convenience store
* Dry cleaners
* Hair salon
* Gym (accessible for residents)! Pool area and tennis courts are under construction and partial window work. This is a great spot for someone who enjoys city living with walkable distance (10min) to Trader Joes, WholeFoods, Target, Home Goods and Design District. The room will be available starting April, no pets. Rent is $1650/month and includes water, internet, and one parking space. One month security deposit will be required. Electricity bill will be split each month as it [REDACTED] 8yrs, I work in Media and enjoy yoga, working out, meal prepping, dancing and learning about new things everyday. I am looking for a girl roommate who enjoys engaging with others, is respectful, tidy, and organized. Keeping the living room space and kitchen area clean is a must so we can both enjoy it! Please note, you will have to pass the building orientation, including a background check, in order to rent. The building has a $100 moving fee if you are bringing your own furniture.
