It's a quiet community away from heavy traffic, a small pool for residents, and community street parking. It's 5 min from 417, 15 min from I-4, 20 min from UCF. There are a variety of restaurants nearby, a crunch gym, and an Aldi's and Publix 2 min down the road. Central winds park is within walking distance and boasts amenities such as a baseball diamond, a soccer field, basket ball/volleyball/pickleball courts, and places to picnic. The cross seminole trail also runs right behind the community so its the perfect location if you're interested in biking, running, longboarding etc... The room is roughly 125sqft with a reach-in closet, and some essential furnishings, if needed. The room is on the 3rd floor, and is separate from, but right next to the bathroom (shared by two other ladies). The whole house is furnished. There are 3 other people, including myself, living at the residence. Washer and dryer, kitchen, living space, porch space, and kitchen appliance are available for use as necessary. We have 2 full size fridges one upstairs, one down, so fridge space is not a problem. The garage is available for storage as well as long as its not excessive.
