Hi, my name is Ryan. I am a 42-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Security-Widefield. The monthly rent is $1000 and the room is available ASAP. I am looking for an additional roommate, have two already (all three of us are Men). Men or Women does not matter to us, as we respect the privacy and space of each other. The living situation currently is each person has their own room and bathroom. There are 3 female dogs in the house, 2 of which are Great Danes, and the 3rd is a Pit Boxer Lab mix. All three dogs love people, and if introduced properly, other dogs. They have not been around cats, so I am not sure how they will act.
Included with the rent is utilities and internet. I currently have a cleaning service that cleans the house once a month, and If you want the bedroom and bathroom cleaned during this time, I ask for an additional 100.00. If you do not want to, no worries. The room can be partially furnished, or not at all if you have your own furniture. All shared spaces on the main floor and in the basement are open all day / night, however please be mindful of people possibly sleeping.
The location is 10 minutes south east of the COS Airport, and 10 minutes from I-25. There is no smoking or vaping inside the house, only outside. There are no drugs allowed on property.
