Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share an adorable house right near DU. It’s a duplex, and the upstairs unit (where we are) has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Right now two rooms are open—one full bedroom and one smaller room that has been used as an office.
We also share a garage with the downstairs tenant, who is super chill. If you’re interested in the garage parking spot, we can definitely chat and figure out something fair.
Rent: $2,250 total for the unit
Utilities: usually around $100/month
(I’m also talking with the landlord to see if the rent can come down a bit.)
My last roommate just moved to Spain, so the rooms are available now, but the new lease would begin May 1. She’s currently covering her portion of the rent until then unless someone wants to sublet earlier.
A little about me:
I’m a 26-year-old female, junior interior designer. I play a lot of volleyball, love art, and keep things pretty relaxed at home. My only real house rule is the 24–48 hour clean-up rule for shared spaces.
I’d ideally love another female roommate, but I’m open to anyone if we vibe well!
The common areas are already furnished, so you’d just need furniture for your bedroom (and office if you want to use it).
