Woman Roommate Wanted for 2 Bedroom

Seeking a woman roommate Private room for rent in a 2 room apartment. Will have only 1 female roommate and medium-sized dog. The carpeted bedroom is 10x12 with large wall to wall, deep closet, ceiling fan, and large window with blinds located at the end of the hall. Private Bathroom is just outside the bedroom with a spacious shower Bedroom and bath are secluded at one end of the apartment. After entering the home there is a hall to the right. Everything in this area is your private space. If desired, the main entrance can be your private entrance (excluding occasionally needs of owner). Roommate will have use of communal areas: living room, kitchen, dining room and patio. Apartment Ammenities:

An application, credit check, and background check need to be submitted to Colony at Centerpointe and approved. There is a $250 application fee and an administrative fee. The administrative fee will be returned if not approved. A Roommate Agreement will also need to be signed. NOT ADDED TO LEASE:
If unable to meet Lease approval I am willing to make other arrangements. Doing it this way limits access to community amenities. Access/use will require that I am present. A Roommate Agreement will be required and a deposit of one months rent, $1000, and average monthly utilities, approximately $140. A total of $1140. This, less last months utilities, fees, and other related costs will be returned at the conclusion of Agreement.
