Room for rent in North Davis

Hi everyone! We’re looking for a third roommate, preferably another girl, to take over a large private bedroom with a shared bathroom in our 3bd2bath apartment for the 2026-2027 school year. Rent: 1080/month, plus $20 utility fee and PG&E split evenly (usually $20-40 a month)
Location: At Chautauqua Apartments in North Davis about a mile from campus, right next to G and J line bus stop or a 10 minute bike ride to campus. Also very close to Safeway and Save Mart! Amenities: free parking and free wifi, dishwasher, patio, apartment complex has pool, hot tub, and gym No pets pls! About us: We were roommates together freshman year and have had a great time living together! Now we are going into our senior year together but unfortunately, our 3rd roommate is graduating early. We are clean, kind, and very respectful and are studious but also love to hang out and have fun on weekends! Please dm me on here if you’re interested!
