Room for Rent

Hi, my name [REDACTED] at the house. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Manassas. The monthly rent is $1250 and the room is available on April 6th. The rent includes utilities,HOA fees, and parking. The whole house is furnished. The bedroom can be partially furnished I have an extra full sized bed desk and night stand. There is also plenty of extra storage in the attic, and downstairs. There is high speed internet and VPN for the house. The house also has a washer and dryer in the basement that you will have access to. The house is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Historic downtown a Manassas is also down the street with more restaurants, and events. There is a main living room that is open as a common space to enjoy watching TV or whatever so you dont have to spend all your time in you room. I work as a mental health counselor and work M-F 9-5. I typically hang in the basement watching TV or playing video games after work. I also have a big dog, Mowgli. He is a little loud, but very friendly and loving. There is another roommate Brandon. He is chill. He mostly plays video games when he is not working. He also doesn’t use the kitchen much. Overall the house is clean (especially for guys) and quiet.
