Hey guys! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Mirage Aprtments ASAP. I would like to find someone to takeover my current lease from Feb - July as well as my RENEWAL lease. Please note that the base rent for the current lease will be lowered to 795$ once the renewal lease starts. I’ve loved living here but I’m moving back home with my cousin and need someone to take over ASAP!! My roommate moved out so the other unit is completely empty and will probably stay empty until my friend/roommate finds someone to takeover his lease. Meaning you will be living alone until someone moves into the other unit.
