I am looking to rent only one of these 2 rooms: 1) Upstairs room: 14.2 ft x 11.8 ft, plus private attached bath with tub and walk-in closet. Pictures attached. $900/month. 2) Downstairs room: 19.5 ft x 13 ft, plus larger walk-in closet and newly added full bath with smart toilet, LED-lit mirror, dimmable vanity lights, and standing shower with natural marble seat. $1100/month. Both rooms are fully furnished with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, dresser, and side tables. Each room has a large window with good natural light and is clean, quiet, and good for a working professional. Both floors have 10 ft ceilings.
