Hi, my name is Niah. I’m a 35 year old professional working from home for Houston Methodist. I’ll be starting school in December with evening classes, so I’ll typically be out in the evenings and home mainly to relax and sleep. I’m originally from New York City and have been in Houston for four years. During that time, I’ve had two apartments, and I most recently lived in my last apartment for two and a half years. I have a strong history of rent on time and maintaining my space. I’m currently looking to rent a room for 6 to 12 months while I focus on saving for school and strengthening my finances. If it’s a great fit, I’m open to staying longer. I’m quiet, respectful, drama free, and responsible. I value personal space while also being outgoing, down to earth, and easy to get along with. I enjoy a clean, peaceful living environment and believe clear communication and mutual respect create the best roommate experience. I do not have any pets.
