Room for rent in a house of clean & resepectful asu students/ravers ✨ you’d have your own attached bathroom and walk in closet. Bed frame and tv mount on wall included! $900 a month plus utilities, and one free uncovered street parking space. House is in central Tempe, steps away from ASU. You can walk to campus from our house. No pets, no smoking of any kind in the house (but backyard is okay 😇). Shared kitchen and common area, and we have a small backyard with a hammock and fire pit. It’s a 3 bedroom house, one room is shared by my boyfriend Trevor and I, the other by our friend Romeo who models for ravecamp. We have a dog Ezra who is very friendly, and hypoallergenic. Looking for a (preferably) female roommate. Someone who is quiet and respectful and clean, but also outgoing and would want to contribute to our house community! 🫶🏻 All of us love raves, watching anime and action/nerd movies, having board game nights, Trevor and Romeo both DJ, going for hikes and trying new coffee places! We have a really amazing vibe in the house and are looking for the right person to add to it.
