Room for rent in 2-bedroom Condo

I’m the owner of a 2-bedroom condo near Eckerd College and have one private bedroom available. You’d be sharing the condo with a clean and quiet 30-year-old woman named Samantha. Reach out and after a short conversation, I’ll connect the two of you. The place is fully furnished, including the living room and kitchen, so you’d just need to bring bedroom furniture if you have it. There are several laundry rooms in the building. We also have a pool and a pretty well equipped gym. Rent is $1,050 per month and includes all utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash, cable, and internet). I’ll need first month’s rent and $1100 security deposit to move in. No pets, please. Looking for a responsible, respectful person.
