Need new roommate ASAP!! Hello, I’m Judy!! My roommate and I are looking for another roommate to take over the master in our 3bd and 2bth apt. The master is huge with its own bathroom and is 7 minutes away from CSUF! Our roommate is moving out at the end of this month and we need someone to take over April Ist! - Rent- $1,244 not including utilities. - We pay for electricity gas and WiFi which comes about to $50-80 depending on how much we use the ac.😅 - We have a laundromat on as well as a pool. - We have 2 parking spots which we share and there's parking on the street as well.😊 - Rent is month to month so there is no deposit. - We currently have a bunny as well and are looking to take in another pet in the future.🐰 - We are 🍃 friendly. - Guests are welcome but obviously be consideratee! We are both very chill and are looking for someone who is also chill and will not cause drama and of course cleans up after themselves. Our age range is 22-26 and would prefer someone around our age as well! - A lot of the furniture and decor belongs to the roommate who is leaving so it might look different later on!!
