Hi I’m 39 year old f looking for room in the West Island or city of Montreal. I have a 6 year old son but he lives with his father. Need a respectful clean sympathetic environment. Must be a good communicator. Would prefer female roommate. Looking for short term rental possibly long term if things flow well which takes time to establish usually. Would need a place near public transportation. I smoke but not indoors.
