Master room for rent in Norwood, MA

I'm looking for someone to take my roommate's place starting in March-May in Norwood, MA. A little about the place: * 2 bed, 1 bath.
* $1400 rent.
* In-unit laundry
* You can walk to the commuter rail in under a minute because it runs through the complex.
* The room for rent is the master bedroom.
* We have a balcony and high ceilings.
* Gym, pool, and tennis courts included.
* hot water is included.
* Central heating and AC.* Parking is $25/mo.
* Quiet and very safe area + friendly neighbors. A little about me:
* I am a 29-year-old female working downtown.
* I love yoga, rock-climbing, fashion, and going out with friends!
* I mostly stay in on weekdays and would love to find a roommate who is low-key and is down to hang out together watching tv or just chatting. (This is not a requirement and if you prefer to keep to yourself that's fine too).
* I love reading psychological thrillers and listening to crime podcasts.
* I'm obsessed with coffee and love going out for coffee or brunch.
* I do not drink, but I don't care if you do just as long as you're respectful, quiet, and aren't throwing parties in our apartment.
* I am past the party phase of my life, so I am looking for someone who isn't going to have people over 24/7 at all hours of the night.
* I have a service dog, and he loves to cuddle when he's not actively working. He has $50,000 worth of training so I am looking for someone who will be able to respect the fact that you won't be able to interact with him all the time. Although when we're home, most of the time he can play and do whatever he wants! 😊
* I keep my spaces clean and would expect the same from whoever I end up rooming with. My roommate and I divide the housework equally, and when we're both burnt out, we split a cleaning service. I would like to continue this with my new roommate.
* Most of all, I'm looking for someone I can respectfully share a space with, and if we end up being friends that would be awesome too!
