Must be okay with cats; we have four and love them greatly. I have a full time job and work from home as a music professional, but am willing to keep my work levels at a reasonable level. Base Rent is listed at $430.00 (includes water, gas, sewage, garbage, and Wi-Fi as well). Electricity typically ranges between $40.00 - $80.00 monthly. Lease is ongoing for a 12 month period, but options for short term lease may be possible, as the old roommate may desire to move back in around November of this year. Move-in may be available as soon as March 15th.
